Your poster should be 36 in high x 48 in wide and should be printed on paper (not mounted) so that it can be clipped onto a foam core board (which will stand on an easel). Clips will be provided. Individual Presentations Short, interactive presentations by one or two speakers, sharing and discussing research, have been grouped in 60-minute time slots. Each presentation should last no more than 30 minutes, inclusive of at least 10 minutes for questions and discussion. Time for questions and discussion can be integrated throughout the 30-minute presentation; presenters do not have to limit these activities to the end of the 30-minute slot, but they should ensure that audience members have at least 10 minutes for interacting with the presenter and other audience members. Presentation rooms have presentation computers and data projects; please bring your presentation on a USB drive to load onto the presentation computer prior to your session. Panel Presentation Longer, interactive group presentations by three or more speakers, sharing and discussing related research projects/findings have been scheduled in 60-minute concurrent sessions. Panel presenters should reserve 10-15 minutes for questions and discussion within their 60-minute presentations. Time for questions and discussion can be integrated throughout the 60-minute presentation; presenters do not have to limit these activities to the end of the 60-minute slot, but they should ensure that audience members have at least 10-15 minutes for interacting with the presenters and other audience members.
