Finley is the senior director of assessment and research for AAC&U and national evaluator for Bringing Theory to Practice. In this short series, Finley shares her thoughts on the future of assessment in higher education, discusses the use of rubrics and portfolios, and examines the role of students in assessment of their own learning.
