Karina Hamamouche (Butler University), Alexis Hart (Allegheny College), Katia Levintova (University of Wisconsin Green Bay), Gabi Pleschová (Comenius University), and Nira Rahman (University of Melbourne) recorded their responses to a few guided questions about who mentors, what mentoring looks like, and how to improve mentoring in higher education.
