Because we are planning the 2021 Conference on Engaged Learning as a hybrid event, we are offering both online-only and in-person conference rates. Registration for the event has closed.

Conference Rates for Online-Only Participation

  • Faculty/Staff – $30
  • Student – Free with verification of student status (e.g., official copy of spring class schedule)

The online-only registration fee covers conference materials and speaker fees. Registered participants will have access to streamed keynotes and concurrent sessions.

Conference Rates for In-Person Participation

  • Faculty/Staff – $165
  • Student – $125

The registration fee covers conference materials and speaker fees; Sunday’s dinner and reception; and Monday’s and Tuesday’s breakfast, lunch, and break services.

In-person participants not affiliated with Elon will need to show proof of their COVID-19 status. This can be done in one of three ways including:

  1. Providing proof of a negative COVID test taken no more than 72 hours before attending
  2. Providing a COVID-19 vaccination record with the final shot given at least 14 days prior to the start of the conference
  3. Providing documentation from a certified medical provider showing a positive COVID-19 status within the last 90 days, but more than 14 since the test was taken.

Payment Options

Registration for the conference is now open. Payment by credit card is preferred. Payments by check must be received by June 15, 2021. Registration by credit card will close June 30, 2021.

Cancellation Policy

Through July 1, 2021, we are able to offer a full refund of registration fees, minus a $10.00 administrative cancellation fee. Due to expenses on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after July 1st.
