He previously served as Associate Provost for Academic Excellence and Operations and as Director of the Undergraduate Research Program at Elon. Paul is the co-creator (with Jessie Moore) of the Facilitating Integration and Reflection of the Elon Experiences (FIRE) Toolkit and the Facilitating Integration of and Reflection on Engaged Learning extension questions.
