If your travel plans necessitate a Wednesday night stay, please contact Jessie Moore (jmoore28@elon.edu) to discuss whether an additional night is available. On-campus housing is adjacent to the conference venue and includes bed linens and towels. Guests will need to bring their own toiletries. Airport Shuttles from/to Raleigh-Durham International Airport – For Participants Staying On Campus We will provide two airport shuttles from RDU on Monday, June 24th, in the afternoon/evening (times TBD to minimize wait times for participants), one to RDU on Wednesday, June 26th (leaving Elon at 4:15 PM and arriving at RDU at ~5:15 PM), and one (if needed) to RDU early on Thursday morning (time TBD). Hotels in Elon and Burlington If you prefer to stay in a hotel, we’ve listed a few options below. Travel websites will help you identify additional hotels in the Elon-Burlington area. Please note that Elon and Burlington do not have public transportation. Both Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) and Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) have several options for car rentals.
